WARRANTY CONDITIONS

Our valued customer; The Manufacturer/Importer guarantees the product you have purchased under the following conditions.

  • The warranty period starts from the delivery date of the goods. The warranty period is 2 years for consumers within the scope of Law No. 6502. (For motorcycles, 2 years or 30,000 kilometers (whichever comes first)). The warranty period of products replaced within the warranty period is limited to the warranty period of the purchased product.
    • As a result of the product malfunctioning, the time spent for maintenance, repair and replacement will be added to the warranty period. The maximum repair time is …..     • If the product malfunctions within the warranty period, the owner must apply to the authorized service with the Warranty Certificate.

  • The scope of warranty includes the entire product, except for those specified in the item not included in the warranty; It covers the elimination of malfunctions that may arise due to manufacturing, assembly and material errors against fabrication and workmanship errors, the replacement of parts that cannot be repaired, or the repair and reuse of parts that can be reused when repaired. The warranty also covers the repair or replacement of parts by the authorized service and the labor fee incurred due to the problem arising under the warranty.
  • If it is understood that the goods are defective, the consumer shall be subject to the following in Article 11 of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502; He/she may exercise one of his/her rights such as withdrawing from the contract, requesting a discount from the sales price, requesting free repair, or requesting that the sold item be replaced with a defect-free product.
  • Matters not included in the warranty
    • Malfunctions that may occur as a result of non-standard additions or changes that disrupt the product's technical specifications and standards.
    • Malfunctions caused by using the product contrary to the instructions in the user manual and/or not following the specified instructions.
    • Malfunctions that occur as a result of all kinds of disasters (fire, flood, flood, earthquake, etc.), accident and/or fire
    • Malfunctions arising from faulty maintenance, adjustment, control and repairs performed outside the authorized service
    • Inappropriate and misuse of the vehicle and damage, loss and malfunctions resulting from this misuse
    • Malfunctions caused by the use of non-original and/or counterfeit parts
    • Swelling, fading and tearing on the parts of the vehicle due to cleaning or polishing.
    • Parts that wear out as a result of normal use and need to be replaced over time, consumable and life-long materials, settings that may deteriorate as the product is used, and labor and material costs that may arise for this reason.
  • In the following cases, the vehicle will be out of warranty.
    • Use of non-original spare parts or parts other than those recommended in the user manual
    • Inappropriate misuse of the vehicle and damages and losses arising from this misuse
    • Making any modifications to the product without obtaining written permission from the Distributor / Manufacturer company and authorized organizations.
    • Intervention, disassembly and/or repair of the product by third parties or non-authorized services
    • Failure to carry out periodic maintenance, if any, on time and at authorized services.
    • In case of damage and/or changes to the identifying numbers, letters, labels and labels that identify the product, such as the product serial number, the product will be considered out of warranty.
    • Use your product in accordance with the User Manual. Failure to use it in accordance with the User Manual will cause your product to be out of warranty.
  • Customers must notify the manufacturer/importer organizations to which the service stations are related by letter or e-mail about any disputes that occur between them and the service stations regarding maintenance and repair.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

  • The Consumer (Customer) has the right to withdraw from this Distance Selling Agreement within 14 (fourteen) days without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. The right of withdrawal period is the day the contract was established in contracts regarding the performance of services; In contracts regarding the delivery of goods, it starts on the day the consumer or the third party designated by the consumer receives the goods.   • The consumer cannot exercise his right of withdrawal in the following contracts:

    • Contracts for the delivery of goods that can quickly deteriorate or expire.
    • Goods whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, package have been opened after delivery; Contracts regarding the delivery of those whose return is not suitable in terms of health and hygiene.
    • Contracts regarding goods that are mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated due to their nature.
    • Contracts regarding books, digital content and computer consumables presented in tangible form, provided that the protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal and package have been opened after the delivery of the goods.
    • Contracts regarding the delivery of periodicals such as newspapers and magazines, other than those provided within the scope of the subscription agreement.
    • Contracts regarding the use of free time for accommodation, goods transportation, car rental, food and beverage supply and entertainment or recreation, which must be made on a certain date or period.
    • Contracts regarding services performed instantly in electronic environment or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer.
    • Contracts regarding services whose performance started with the approval of the consumer before the right of withdrawal expires.

RETURN PROCEDURE

In cases where the CONSUMER exercises his right of withdrawal, or in cases where the product subject to the order cannot be supplied for various reasons, or in cases where a refund is decided to the CONSUMER by the decisions of the arbitral tribunal, the refund procedure regarding the payment options is stated below:

  • Return Procedure for Credit Card Payment Options
    • If the purchase is made by credit card and in installments, the Bank repays the CONSUMER in installments no matter how many installments the CONSUMER purchased the product with. After the SELLER pays the entire product price to the bank in one go, in case the installment expenditures made through the Bank's POS are refunded to the CONSUMER's credit card, the requested refund amounts are transferred by the Bank to the holder's accounts in installments in order to prevent the parties involved in the matter from being victimized.   • Return Procedure for Money Transfer/EFT Payment Options
    • The refund will be made by wire transfer and EFT to the account specified by the CONSUMER (the account must be in the name of the person at the billing address or in the name of the user member) by requesting bank account information from the CONSUMER.
    • In case of return of goods and services purchased via money order/EFT, the SELLER cannot pay the CONSUMER in cash, in accordance with the contract made with the Bank. In case of a refund, the SELLER will make the refund through the relevant software, and since the SELLER is obliged to pay the relevant amount to the Bank in cash or as an offset, cash payment cannot be made to the CONSUMER in accordance with the procedure we have explained above.
    • CONSUMER acknowledges and undertakes that he has read and accepted this procedure.
  • Return Procedure for Payment Options with Shopping Credit
    • The refund will be made by wire transfer and EFT to the account specified by the CONSUMER (the account must be in the name of the person at the billing address or in the name of the user member) by requesting bank account information from the CONSUMER.
    • SELLER pays the bank the entire price of the product at once.
    • In case of return of goods and services purchased on credit, the SELLER cannot pay the CONSUMER in cash, in accordance with the contract made with the Bank. In case of a refund, the SELLER will make the refund through the relevant software, and since the SELLER is obliged to pay the relevant amount to the Bank in cash or as an offset, cash payment cannot be made to the CONSUMER in accordance with the procedure we have explained above.
    • CONSUMER acknowledges and undertakes that he has read and accepted this procedure.
